Scarce 1939 dated Camouflaged Groundsheet Cape £450

Scarce 1939 dated Camouflaged Groundsheet Cape , still supple but does have a few 'dry' areas, but still folds up and moves OK, few little scuff marks to rubberised surface which do not detract from appearance. These capes were only on issue for about two to three years before being replaced in 1940 by the plain brown rubberised cape and then in 1941 approx by the tan standard waterproof canvas cape.
