ARP Handbook No14

The fourtheenth handbook in the series to be issued to the public and ARP services, it covered the duties of Fire Guards, a branch of the ARP (by then renamed Civil Defence) which was introduced in 1941 and made service with the Fire Guard compulsory for all civilians who did not have a very good reason for exemption.
