ARP Handbook No4

The fourth handbook in the series to be issued to the public and ARP services, it covered what action to take to decontaminate all kinds of materials from road surfaces, pipes and cables, to wooden floors, roofs and vehicles such as buses and tramcars. It was thus still rooted in the idea that gas was the most likely form of attack. It continued to be issued into the war in various forms from the early hardback to the utility paperback.
