ARP Handbook No2

The second handbook to be issued to the public and ARP services prior to the Munich Crises of 1938, it covered what action to take for gas casualtiues, and was thus still rooted in the idea that gas was the most likely form of attack. It continued to be issued into the war in various forms from the early hardback to the utility paperback.
