Eyeshields Anti-Gas

EYESHIELDS ANTI GAS, part of respirator haversack kit for both the standard service respirator and the LAG. Used when a Mustard (Vessicant) gas threat existed but it had not actually been used so that the respirator did not need to be worn thus minimising fatigue. Condition unissued but storage foxing, Mk2 or Mk3 may be despatched.
